Passport images and extracted information
The current converter reads images and PDF pages in your browser. Selected files and extracted rows are held in page memory, not uploaded to our backend. Clearing the batch or closing the page releases the application’s references. The app also warns before clearing a batch after 20 minutes of inactivity; active processing is excluded. Exports remain wherever you save them; deleting a batch does not delete downloaded files.
Account information
If you sign in, Supabase processes your email, authentication identifiers and, when provided by Google, profile information. We use this information to sign you in and associate credits and Premium access with your account. Session cookies maintain your login.
Payment and subscription records
Stripe processes checkout. Our database stores account-linked payment references, credit grants, remaining balances and subscription access information. Card details are entered on Stripe, not in our application. All payments are currently in sandbox mode.
Website requests and cookies
The web host receives ordinary request information, which may include IP addresses and browser details. Authentication uses necessary session cookies. Cloudflare provides performance monitoring (Real User Monitoring), including page-load timing and page-view metrics. Its beacon does not use cookies or track visitors across websites. Passport files and extracted fields are not included in application telemetry. We do not include advertising trackers. OCR software and sample files are downloaded from this website.
Support enquiries
When you use the contact form, your name, reply email and message are delivered through Cloudflare to our support inbox. Messages are used to answer your enquiry. Rate limiting uses request information to reduce abuse. Do not include passport information in support messages.
Retention and requests
Passport batches are not retained by our backend. Account and billing records persist until removed under an applicable retention process; a fixed account-record retention schedule has not yet been established for this beta. Email reachme@passporttoexcel.com to request account access, correction or deletion. Do not send passport documents with your request.
Before public launch
The operator’s legal identity, applicable retention periods and jurisdiction-specific privacy obligations must be finalized before this beta becomes a public paid service. This notice describes the current implementation and is not a claim of regulatory certification.
